Can tooltips be enhanced so that the display of a tooltip is done on a per item basis? Some things I like to have tooltips on, and others I don't. What can I say, I'm fussy :p

Yes, that would be great! I think it's useless to get hints on every spacer plugin, just saying "Spacer4"!
