I am going to buy myself a laptop, wich ofrcourse I use when I'm not home. I bought a single licence for TLB as I didn't expect to be buying a laptop anytime soon. Is it ok to use on 2 personal computers by the same person (not multiple users as I live alone) or does your licence not permit that usage?

Personal license allow you install TLB on two computers if you do not use both computers at same time:
* One computer at home other at work
* One computer and laptop

So in your one Personal license covers your laptop.
