In our experiments we have a plugin in our TLB #1 and it has a fine tooltip - very large yet imaging exactly right. On our TLB #2 we have the same plugin and the very same parameters set but the tooltip for it is quite smaller. We have adjusted the Max tips width to the same number.
There seems to be a limitation on the tooltips size (in kB) for the second TLB.
