How do you know TLB 3.1 have XML format of context menu templates. I'm working on tool named "TLB Context Menu Builder" that help to create and edit context menus. Here is the alpha version. Most features is not implemented yet. Currently you can reorder items add new items and change the icons of menu items.

This utility can destroy your context menus. Please make backup of folder: C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar\contextmenu

If do not work place contextmenu.xml this file to c:\
contextmenu.zip

When i try to open it, it crashes

This is the error that comes up:
AppName: tlbctwiz.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: tlbctwiz.exe

Good tool aswell. editing those .xml files was too hard for my small brain :p
