I have made a Mediacontrol skin which I have improved, can I upload this and replace the other one or do I have to create a new one?

Another question: are there any specifications around for skinning mediacontrol or are all options shown in the skin that comes with it?

At present there is no way to update a skin in the library, you must upload it as a new skin.
