True Launch Bar v3.2.3 beta has been released

Fixed:
* Explorer crash on Drag&Drop
* Removed USB flash-drive stay in My Computer Virtual Folder
* Arrange Icons by Type works incorrectly
* Button lost properties after Drag&Drop
* Some minor bug fixed

the "do not expand" bug is still there for removable drives.

when i mount the drive, i set it to "do not exapnd" but as soon as i unmount it/mount it again, it`s expanding again. it doesn`t save the settings.

this briefly worked in beta 3.2.2 but not now.
