Have a small problem here, when i use the Weather Forecast plugin i dont get any updates, only when i restart my computer i get one update.
I have tryed to reinstall TLB and the plugin, and that dont help. :?:

My connection is LAN/SDSL 2048/2048 connected with router,
had the same connection all the time btw :roll:
Cant figure out what is the problem
XP SP1
LAN connection always on (DSL)
I tried the refresh button, reload weather and i get nothing. It will not update, its been stuck on Wednesday and its Friday now.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TLB and the plugin but nothing
Any help?
I am having the same problem... Similar always on connection.
Only refreshes when I restart windows.
Any ideas anyone???

Do your Properties window settings look similar to this?
Nope... that was for Weather Monitor... Not Weather Forecaster. Here is my properties for weather forecaster... Note the second screenshot...
Refresh every hour but it hasnt updated since yesterday at 11:53. (my last reboot)

Ah yes, sorry old chap we have mistaken the two plugins.
There has been a post or two in the past regarding this problem. It seems the RSS feed updates at different times than the
actual web page. Your settings appear correctly and match ours. Our location also does not get updated as often as the web page either.

Does Weather Monitor use the RSS also? or does it do a scrape off of the web page?

The Weather Monitor parses any html information from any web page and the information can be displayed in almost unlimited ways. Please have a look at the link in the signature below regarding just a few of the possibilities!

Unfortunately not at this time if you mean the lack of sync problem. The sites that maintain the weather need to synchronise their data between the web page and the RSS feed.

I had the same problem. But it was my firewall that was stoping it.if you have a firewall you have to let Explore.exe to have access to the internet.
You mean exlporer.exe I think? :wink:
I wasn't too happy giving it access to the net, but finally I did. It hasn't halep unfortunatley... That's have to be the sync problem as stated above... :cry:

What firewall do you use? As I know ZoneAlarm block explorer.exe even if you allow this process.
