I have version 3.2.10 when I update do I have to uninstall the old version first? Thanks

NO...........Backup your current menu bars first........
Then just load the new TLB, and reboot........all "should chamhe automatically......
Check to make sure you have the newer version now installed, and then bacl up all your TLBs again.............enjoy
