Please, change the procedure of importing to keep each condition unique. Now if I export existents and import them back then the list of conditions becomes greater, i.e. each condition presents twice. That's bad for performance, usability and so on. At the same time I think that it's not a problem for you to check that importing condition does not present already in existent list.
