Under Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 1803.17134.228 performing a folder drag and drop (DND) to TLB in the TaskBar under one or more TLB menu levels deep often (almost always) results in crashing Windows Explorer. There appears to be a direct relation to how fast you move the DND folder, the slower you are in going from one menu level to another the higher success rate of being able to complete without causing it to crash. This never happened in Windows 7 (or was extremely rare). Currently trying to DND into TLB folder structure as described above can be extremely difficult with 5 - 15 crash events occurring before being successful.
