After much testing I find True Launch Bar 1.1.0.20 is causing my ACTIVE DESKTOP to crash on restart, reboot or even relogon.
My system is very stable and only after installing 1.1.0.20 does this problem happen. Under 1.1.0.19 there is no problem.
I have ACTIVE DESKTOP turned on and my web content set to SHOW MY CURRENT HOME PAGE. I also have the COVER DESKTOP option turned on with no desktop icons showing.
After restarting windows 2000 shows the white error screen, says there is a problem with ACTIVE DESKTOP and asks if I want to restart ACTIVE DESKTOP. I answer YES and everything works correctly until I restart or reboot again.
This is a repeatable bug.
