I have some torn-off menus that auto-hide. I have set up tags for them, but the tags only appear when I mouse over that edge of the screen.
Toolbar tags can be set to always appear on screen. That tells me where they are. I see no way to have a torn-off menu tag always appear on screen, so I have to mouse all over the place to find them.
