I have a TLB set up per the attached Picture...................

Is there a way to change the color of the title area?

I've tried all the color changes, skins, etc.....

Where it says Utility Bar? I believe that is part of Windows and can only be skinned by skinning Windows.

Well I suspected that, but I was hoping YURI would come up with a "magic soulution"
