I use standalone TLB on Windows 10, with 4 monitors. I have 2 toolbars set on the right edge of monitor 3. When I boot, they both sometimes appear on the right edge of monitor 4. I go to each one and right click to change Toolbar Properties. Each shows it is already set to monitor 3, but they both appear on monitor 4. The only way to get them back to monitor 3 is to change them from monitor 3 to 4 and then back again. This takes time and is annoying.
