Clock and Mail Monitor plugins need a tweaking on their icon sizes. As you can see, the Clock plugin is set to 0, and even set to 96, to align with the icon next to it, but the background color is larger and the text is shoved down. You can see the top is slightly higher.
With Mail Monitor, the image changes when there is new mail. It only allows an ico file to be selected and causes sizing to be off.
