The Weather Forecast plug in has stopped updating both at my office and home computer.
Does anybody else have this happening?

For a test - try a new location for weather and tell us if it is working.
Also maybe you updated firewall and it blocked explorer.exe to connect to the Internet. As I know ZoneAlarm block explorer.exe by default, other firewall can block it too.
