True Launch Bar v4.1.1 beta released

This beta version resolves some compatibility problems with the Windows Vista. With this version you can use the skins and PNG icons on the Vista transparent toolbar. Also context menus and tooltips now use the Vista Visual Styles. Also fixed the bug with the installing True Launch Bar on the Vista systems.

True Launch Bar must be compatible with Windows Vista now. But if your taskbar is transparent (glass) most plugins can be painted incorrectly. I'm begin the updating all plugins for the Vista compatibility.

This version includes the bug fixes:
* Delays on shortcuts run
* Incompatibility with some AV software

Also this version must work quickly if you are using skins, PNG icons, and overlay images.
