I wish I could set True Launch Bar to automatically update its components to their latest available final versions. This feature should be user-determined; that is, the user can decide not to automatically update.
You can do this yourself
1. Open up the
Components Manager by either
1.a. Right click on your TLB bar and selecting
TLB Settings... >> General Options >> Check for updates...
1.b. Go to the root folder of TLB and run
tlbupd.exe
Click on Favourites
2. Here select which items you want to be updated automatically by clicking on the text under the Actions columns and set them to
Install Latest Version
3. Create a new Scheduled Task (Control Panel >> Scheduled Tasks)
4. Select the
Components Manager from the list.
Click next.
5. Set the timeframe you wish to use for updating TLB.
Click Next.
6. Again set the various options to your liking.
Click Next.
7. Enter your user password.
Click Next
8. Check the
Open advanced properties for this task when I click finish Click Finish
9. Under the
Run field add
/S to the end of the text shown
Click OK
The component manager will now run in silent mode when you wanted it to.
It will only ask you to install the actual TLB program all the rest should install automatically if they do not require a restart.
