I had a terrible problems with my toolbars going away. MS suggested that I use "True Launch Bar" which I purchased and dowloaded. All is going very well and the program is working and adjusted nicely to my needs.

However I added the Address Book and am at a loss as how to use it. Would someone please be so kind as to give me instructions for it use.

Right-click the Address Book plugin and click "New Contact". This is how to add the contacts. Also you can import your contacts by selecting "Import" from the context menu. In the properties you can select the template for address book items - this is how they will be look.
