1. "Create new filtering conditions based on selected message" OR "Edit filtering rules" and Double click on a condition in the Filtering conditions box
   
2. Click AND button to add another condition (the inputs on the right should contain random stuff now)
   
3. Change the random stuff to a condition you want to add
   
4. Click OK
   
5. Explorer will crash

I don't think it happens every time because I do have some AND rules that I managed to create. I think it may happen more consistently with "Edit filtering rules".

Yes, I've reproduced the bug. Sorry, I forget to post a reply. I'm working on new version. There will some enhancements.
