I'd like to see a plugin for <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.GasBuddy.com">www.GasBuddy.com</a><!-- w -->. This site lists gas prices by state, county, city or region. The plugin would have to have a way of specifying what list of gas stations you want listed.

I realize your in Russia and this probably doesn't work over there. The URL I have a shortcut to is: http://www.grandrapidsgasprices.com/

Thanks for the great launch bar, don't know what I'd do without it.
How many stations are you desiring? The top three for example?
Here is a very basic rudimentary plugin based on the Weather Monitor plugin. In the zip file you will find a file called grandrapidsgasprices.ini. This goes in the Provider folder. The Gas Buddy folder goes in the skins folder.

Make sure to download and install the Weather Monitor plugin first. Let us know what you think. You will get the information upon hovering over the icon in your TLB.

EDIT: See post below for an updated Grand Rapids provider file. It may work on other cities but it has not been tried as of yet. Also see below for the proper URL to post in Properties.
Right. Does anyone have any follow-up opinions about the posted plug-in? Do you need help for a gas/petrol price checker for your area?
Definately could use one for my area (toronto)

I tried your config and just replaced the URL since the webpages look similar but it nothing..

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.torontogasprices.com/">http://www.torontogasprices.com/</a><!-- m -->
Here is the updated provider file for Grand Rapids that works. Sometimes the website changes the way they code their pages and therefore throws the provider field off. We are working on Toronto. They use a somewhat different coding. The attached provider works all except for the prices! Toronto to follow soon hopefully.

The following is the proper URL to use in the plugins' Property section:
http://cjw.servehttp.com:32768/php-cgi/g...prices.com

This file can be used by some other cities but only one other one has been tried (and found displaying properly). One must change the URL to match the city page of the Gas Buddy. If you need assistance please post here.
Sorry to disappoint but having just now checked for functionality the source URL appears offline just now. If this source is found to be unreliable a new provider file will be created using another URL as a source.

EDIT: 24 Hours later it seems to be working again.
