I find *hundreds* of this file in my Quick Launch (and sub) folders.

Are these files necessary?

I saw another post of this question, and Yuri said deleting was OK if they weren't in the TrueLaunchBar folder. Does this mean the actual program folder? 'Cause I'm not finding any of these files there.

Are these files without extensions? What TLB version do you use? tlbdata is the old files that contain tlb settings. If there are the file with name tlbdata.xml near tlbdata then it is safe to delete this files.
