Can someone please tell me if it's possible to create an all-black vertical toolbar without having greyish border colors?
Currently I'm trying to use the Vista skin (I'm on XP SP2), but also if I try to simply change the color of the toolbar using the TLB settings, there's still always a grey border around the toolbar.

I attatched a tiny screenshot of the top-left of my screen.

Thanks for the help!

This unskinned border is the toolbar border. I plan to make the skins for Standalone TLB but I can't to make the same for Windows standard toolbars.
Does anyone know if there's any way to change the colors of the toolbar border? Maybe is there some kind of skinning program that can change these colors?

Thanks
There is an excellent application available for changing many, many system colours. It is called DisplaySet available here:

We have been using it for years and having tried it with TLB Vista skin it works very well. No more gray borders!
