Sometimes the "appearance" changes on it's own in Vista ???

I change the ico back to my desired icon......and boom 2 days later, it's changed again??

What TLB version you are using? Also please can you try to change the icon and then refresh the toolbar (right-click Refresh menu item)? Also what type of the buttons you changed the icon? Shortcut to the folder, program or something other?
