The TLB4 res.rc in lcman2-strings.zip is old. Today I found a bug in "Select Icon" dialog. Old fansion (OLD in dialog.jpg) only contains a "Browse..." button, but new (NEW in dialog.jpg) splits to two buttons.
Using current localization file, this dialog displays as old fansion, and when clicking the "Browse..." button, its action always is same as "Browse for folder..." in new.
