create option to replace the icon Start button of windows (custom icon)

You could accomplish the same thing pretty much with Startkiller, Truelaunchbar/Freelaunchbar and the True Small Tools "PressStart" tool although would be good if calling the PressStart command a second time would make the menu disappear (that didn't seem to work for me)
