Hold down the CTRL key when drop the shortcut. Or drag the shortcuts with the right mouse button. When you drop the shortcut, TLB show the menu.

When I copy an icon from the desktop to the TLB bar, icon it is with the arrow (see image).
To have an icon without arrow and where the folder opens when click the icon, as I do.
For example, when I make icon of connection there is not the arrow.

Do you want the icon without the arrow? And...
* when you press this icon you get the menu?
TLB Settings->Menu Appearance->Show arrow on the menu button

You need to create the shortcut not a virtual folder.

Yes, this is my question.
Is it impossible with a virtual forder?!? If I want to create a forder that opened with a click, what I do?!? Only with shortcut

Right-click the icon and select "Open" or "Explore".
