Calendar v2.0 released
Changes:
* Fixed: High CPU load after creating the event
* Fixed: Show notification after creating event
* Improved performance
* Added import/export iCalendar file format
* Added week number in the USA and Europe standards
* Added "last day of the month" recurence option
* Added the events list to show all existing events
* Some minor changes
