In Vista 64, I cannot drag a toolbar from its docked position on the side of the screen to a standalone box in the middle of the screen. All previous versions have allowed this. Dragging the toolbar away from the dock accomplishes nothing. It stays docked.
Do you use the standalone True launch Bar? Then right-click the empty space of the toolbar and select "Toolbar properties". In the Properties dialog box you can find the option "Dock side". Standalone True launch Bar never supported the undocking by drag&drop

If you are using the the standard Windows toolbar then the only way to move toolbar to the other screen side: close it and open again using our FAQ topic. Windows Vista does not support the undocked toolbars Sad
The method described in your FAQ Topic does not work in Windows 7.

What does it mean to be in "taskbar mode"?
Also, I installed 4.4 in Windows 7. There is no file tlbhost.exe, so there is no way to use standalone.
Even if I copy tlbhost.exe from an XP installation of TLB and run it in Windows 7, nothing happens.
I uninstalled all versions of TLB from the Windows 7 computer. I then reinstalled TLB 4.4 for 64 bit. Standalone now works.
The standalone 4.4 tblhost.exe works beautifully in Windows 7 build 7100.

The only problem is that I cannot get the title of any toolbar to display. The menus show no option to Show Title.

The Show Title is not implemented. BTW if you are using the vertical toolbars, you can use the titles (separators with the text) as toolbar title.
