If you have problem try to:
1. Include screenshots of what's wrong
2. Include system information like the example below:
Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2195)
Shell Version:5.0.3502.4718
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2600.0000
Memory 512 meg
3. Check you are using the lastest VERSION of True Launch Bar. New features are being added all the time.
4. Be sure to check the True Launch Bar FAQ.
