First when running TLB (on startup), and then after reinstalling, I got / get the error below.
TLB has been running fine. what is this caused by?

The TLB is 4.4.13 RC5, and the Windows is Win-7 build 7600.
I uninstalled and re-installed, and it seem ok now. Would be good to know what the heck happened though.

Is the Windows 32 or 64 bit?
