but I still have :

Haw can I achieve this effect ???

What effect do you mean?

To turn on the the menu transparency:
TLB Settings->Menu->Effects
and set the transparency level by roller.

If you want to make the menu items wider:
TLB Settings->Toolbar->Sizes
set the width in the option: Maximum width of buttons with text->Large icons

Yes of course - I was unconcrete - when I sent post i'm thinking about menu items wider - i look for on customize menu...
