I am just re-setting up my TLB. After I got all my programs and menus placed, I started customizing the button icons. But each one I picked (it was the same one I had used before) I got his message box asking if I wanted the already existing copy, or the new one.

Existing where, since I hadn't restored this setup froma backup, but made a new one?

TLB shows this messages box if the icon file with the same name is in the saved icons already. Try to open the bookmark "Saved Icons" in the Change Icon dialog box to view all saved icons.

Also note: when you delete any shortcut, TLB don't delete the saved icon.
