Win2k+Sp2+TLB1.1.x.
Occasionally, startkiller would stall, all that I'll be left with is like a black taskbar. I would try to close startkiller - ctrl-alt-del, kill startkiller.exe - and this crashes explorer.exe
AFter that, i think all goes fine again.
This happens USUALLY after changing resolution a couple of times such as from command prompt fullscreen to restore mode or alt-tab from a game.
