I've used TLB for years and cannot do without it. Bought a new computer with a 64 bit OS, and am setting up TLB. Downloaded 64 bit TLB components. All other plugins work fine, but tlbturnoff does not appear as an option when I select "new"...
I tried it 3-4 times, rebooted, etc.
