As Windows8-OS, does not include the start button [BEGIN], please create an application for this reason (Anti startKiller), OR make that TRUE LAUNCH BAR to start as start button, this is a good idea? Idea

But... TLB is the start button replacement as well as replacement for quick launch. Isn't it?
