When i right click a program to run in "Admin Mode" ther comes no UAC. Only in the taskbar visible: http://i.imgur.com/repgdlg.png
This is the only thing what changes: http://i.imgur.com/3p22tv6.png

Have to make it visible by hitting Alt+TAB. Clicking on it has no effect!
