How do I prevent the TLB from always being on top? I have it set to autohide, and have the 'always on top' option unchecked, yet it still flys down everytime I move my mouse to the top of the screen when another window is up. It gets annoying when I venture to close when trying to minimize or close a window only to fly down and get in the way.
What TLB version do you use?

I currently have v6.5 (64 bit)
I've fixed this bug in version 6.5.2 beta. Please can you confirm?
The toolbar still comes down behind the top window (I can see it through the window's transparency) but it no longer hinders the use of the window. I'm not sure if that is how you intended it to react, but works for me. Thanks!
