I would like to be able to use the command line to search my pc with the search program everything.

Everything does have a commandline interface to do searches, but when you ad the %s sign after the program path in TLB's command Line it does not work.

Could you please update it so it will work with Everything or if I am being dumb, show me an example of how it may be working already.

You have to create the alias for applications. See the attached image for example.
