This is always greyed out with the latest beta, 6.6.4.

Also, I find I can only change icons that are contained in a DLL and not use an individual icon in an ICO file.

Either I am doing something wrong (always a possiblilty) or I have found issues

TLB can't to extract icons from DLL or EXE files, but copy dll/exe to the toolbar folder is not good idea. This is because the "Save with toolbar" is disabled when you select exe/dll.

Is the "Select Icon" dialog box show the icon? Or maybe you cannot to select the single icon file.
