Well I don't know bug this of feature 
But...
Default skin in volume control have thin volume bars... so trackHeight in Tracker class setup to height of tracker bitmap in dll...
but when I change skin for volumectr to another in TrueLaunchBar this trackHeight is become fixed to some value, even if I draw very thin image for tracker, icon and slider, then change to this skin - height still do not change!...
