Ok, I am still starting to get up to speed on using the portable TLB and now I have finally made my plugins start to work for it, thanks to you Yuri. I have noticed that keystate v2 does not load and can not be added to the toolbar, via the new menu, keystate is not listed. I have uninstalled it, verified the directory disappears then install it, verify the directory is back in the correct plugins directory, but keystate never shows up as an option to add it to my toolbar.
I am not sure if it is a bug or not, since I have had so much trouble before, just thought I would let you know what I have noticed.
