Hi,

Rarely, clicking on any button in TLB brings up the customise button dialogue. I don't know why it happens. The current beta and all past versions I have used over the past few years have been affected. I cannot rule out that I may have done something myself to make this happen.

Is there any way I can get TLB to behave normally other than rebooting?

Check your Alt key on the keyboard. I guess it sticks sometimes because Alt+Click opens Properties for plugin and "customise button" for other buttions.
