When TLB is not showing, is there a shortcut that can be typed to open TLB? I know about Right-click> Toolbars etc. but I'm loking for a non-mouse method.

To do so using TLB in standalone mode (the best mode), make a batch file with this content:
taskkill /IM tlb* /f
start/min c:\truelaunchbar\tlbhost.exe
That will unload any TLB toolbars currently running and then re-launch them. You will need to edit the start command to reflect your path to tlbhost.exe.
Then make a shortcut to that batch file.
Other way for standalone Toolbar: define the hotkey in the toolbar properties->Auto-hide
