Net Monitor v.0.2b for True Launch Bar has been released

Changes in this version:
* Fixed: Explorer crash on new connection
* Added: Custom command on click
* Added: Customized connections to hide any connection or set custom bandwidth limit for connection
* Added: Connection name field
* Added: Align, font, bold, italic properties for data slot in the skins
* Added: History diagrams in the skins
