It would be so nice to be enable to have TLB in open / save dialogs because it would fit much better than the current other open / save extensions and so people would rather buy TLB than programs such as access folders, TLB would be far better.

I've yet to see a really good gadget for quickly selecting open/save folders. TLB would be great for that.
