I can not find the setting to have it crash windows every 30 mins, like most other stuff does.. (heeh)

Precisely 30 minutes? May be you use eMail Notify with 30 minutes check interval.
One more questions: when crashes (on run shorcut, on open menu...), Does crashes all windows or explorer.exe?
