well here is a pic of the problem below. how do i get rid of that gap ???

In the TLB Settings ("Toolbar" section in the beta version), make sure you select "Hide toolbar title"... unless that's already selected of course. I also assume you didn't use any spacer plugins, but you might want to check anyways...

Also, make sure you registered your copy of the software and aren't just using a hacked version.

Thats what I was ganna say, I have not seen the hacked one but it may just hide the demo image instead of remove it.
I am not saying that you are using a hack ver on purpose or at all, just I would not know any reason for that gap and its about the size of the demo image.
