Nashisu, please can you try to record the flicks on video (you can make the video with free cam studio for example). Or post the screenshot of your menu.

Seems to be fixed in 6.5 and I did not see the issue mentioned in the changelog. Yuri, you are too modest.

Not fixed for me!
Installed 6.5. The flickering is gone, but there is something other now.
When hovering with the mouse a menü the menu starts to fade in. at the end of the fading the menu goes full opace for a small amount of time before itr gets its normal transparency.
i am out of home until end of next week. then i can provide a video if you wish

Thank you for videos. Unfortunately I can't to catch sight of flickering. Is the flickering is visible on video? I've downloaded video, quality is fine. I've watched video frame by frame but can't to see the flickering. The only thing I've notice - the menu shadow flicks (shadow is hidden during animation and appears when the animation is finished). Is this the flickering you see?

Please can you try the version 6.5.1 beta. The animations Blend and Slide must be flickering free in this version. Please can you confirm?

I have this problem still with the latest Beta installed.
Regardless of the animation settings the standalone toolbar sets it's transparency level only when it's shown completely and that causes a sort of a visual flicker. BTW, I'm using no skin...
