My Hosting provider has recently implemented a policy whereby if you check your email more than once in a certain time period, you are temporarily blocked. I have been running True Launch Mail Monitor at both work and home, and while I have decreased the frequency of checking in both places, I still think they are hitting my email server too close together. I would find it very helpful to have a schedule option to have it "Only check between..." (Followed by two time drop boxes). - Almost identical to the "No Sound Between..." option.
